We operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets the national criteria

How to make a complaint

If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints please email us at pharmacy@pharmassured.co.uk 

We welcome any general comments about the services we provide and any suggestions of ways in which we can improve our services to you. All complaints will be dealt with the utmost importance and our team will do their best to resolve all queries about our service.
